High Efficiency Heat Sealing Machine is used to seal the container with filler. After the products are put into container, in order to keep its quality and avoid the loss of products, it is necessary to seal the packaging containers, this operation is done on the sealing machine.

 

General sealing machine is composed of a machine frame, a speed reducer drive mechanism, sealing printing mechanism and conveying device and the electronic control system and other components.

Connected to the power, the machine began work, electric heating element  began heating after power, so that the upper and lower heating block rapidly warming, and adjust to the required temperature by the temperature control system, and pressure wheel start rotating. According to the needs, cooling system began to cool, conveyor belt transfer, and reach the desired speed  by the speed adjustment device.

When placing the items that needs packaging on the conveyor belt, bag sealing parts are automatically sent to the middle of the two operating sealing belt between, and into the heating district. The film is heated soft, and foes through the cooling zone, the film surface temperature begins to decline and then will be pressed by knurling wheel (or print wheel), the sealing part under plastic film will be pressed with pressing a reticular pattern (or printed logo). After the sealed bag sent out of the machine by rubber belt and conveyor belt, the sealing operation is completed.
