This kind of tea bag packing machine adopts latest heat sealing packing technology, which can realize packing for the inner and outer bag at one time, avoiding the direct contact between hands and stuff. No direct pollution, meanwhile, this packing method improves the packing efficiency.
Characteristics:
1. Outside sealing is controlled by stepper motor control, bag length stable, accurate positioning. Inside bag uses ultrasonic sealing.
2. Using the PID temperature controller, can more precision control temperature.
3. PLC control action of the machine, man-machine interface display, easy to operate.
4. All parts contacting material are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
5. Parts of the cylinder adopts imported parts, ensure the working accuracy and stability.
6. Additional device can complete the flat cutting, date printing, easy to tear down, etc.
