1.Because of large power consumption of heat shrink packaging machine, the power of the input power must be greater than the nominal power in the compressor brand, otherwise easy to burn line or electrical components.
2. The machine must be grounded firmly to protect the body safety.
3. Whe delivering, each machine is attached to a root thst is connected with a power supply cable, the end of the first wire part is with the recognition symbols for power supply. Must be properly connected, illegal operation may cause an electric shock.
4. When the machine provides the voltage for three-phase 380V power supply, we must also enter the zero line. Otherwise, the machine can not work properly, and extremely easy to burn the internal electrical components.
5. The machine must be horizontal installed, otherwise it will shorten the service life of electric heating tube. For a machine with a belt conveyor, the inclination of the conveyor belt will lead to a deviation from the center of the conveyor belt.
6. If the machine used for three months or more, should check temperature resistance wire, according to the extent of its aging, as appropriate, replacement.
7. When working, the operator's palm and other parts is not allowed to contact with the operation parts of the machine, in particular, the internal temperature of the chamber is very high, it is easy to burn.
8. After the end of the packaging, should first turn off the heating switch, so that the motor and fan motor continue to run for 10 minutes or so, and then cut off the whole power supply.
