1. For the large power consumption of heat shrink packaging machine, so the power of the input power must be greater than the nominal power  writing in the compressor brand. If not, line or electrical components will be easily burn out;

2. Just as the packaging machine, the machine must keep reliable grounding, for safety;

3. Each machine with a power connection cable, which ends with a power lead parts identification symbol, must be connected properly, illegal operation may cause electric shock;

4. When the machine provides the voltage for three-phase 380V power supply, we must also enter the zero line, that is, the standard three-phase four wire system, so do other packaging equipment, such as vacuum packaging machine. Otherwise, the machine can not work properly, and extremely easy to burn the internal electrical components;

5. The machine must be horizontal installation, otherwise it will shorten the service life of electric heating tube. For a machine with a belt conveyor, the inclination of the conveyor belt will lead to a deviation from the center of the conveyor belt.

6. The machine used for three months or more, to deal with the room temperature resistance wire to check, according to the extent of its aging, as appropriate, replacement.

7. When machine is  working, the operator's palm and other parts of body is not allowed to contact with the operation of the machine, in particular, the internal temperature of the chamber is very high, it is easy to burn.

8. After the end of the packaging, first turn off the heating switch,  keep the motor and fan motor continuing running for 10 minutes or so, and then cut off the whole power supply.
